Introducing Our Chef’s Summer Prix Fixe Tasting Menu

At Sage, summer brings more than sunshine—it brings inspiration. Starting June 10, we invite you to enjoy a seasonal journey through our new Chef’s Summer Prix Fixe Tasting Menu: a curated three-course experience for $65 per person (plus tax & gratuity).

Crafted by Executive Chef Christopher Covelli and the Sage culinary team, this limited-time menu highlights fresh, imaginative dishes that speak to the spirit of the season.

“Summer calls for something fresh, a little lighter, and full of flavor,” says Chef Chris. “This tasting menu brings together seasonal dishes we’re especially proud of. It’s offered alongside our full menu as a way to explore a curated summer experience, crafted with care and meant to be enjoyed.”

Available through the end of August, this tasting menu runs in tandem with our full dinner offerings, giving guests the freedom to mix, match, and indulge as they wish.


Chef’s Summer Prix Fixe Tasting Menu

$65 per person (plus tax & gratuity)

Choose one item from each course.

 

First Course:
• Fried Oysters – with an Asian Chopped Kale Salad (gf)

• Beet Balls – with Zucchini Ribbons, Spaghetti Squash and Marinara Sauce (gf, v)

• Tamari Ginger Caesar – with Romaine and Belgian Endive (gf, v)


Main Course:
• Spaghetti all’Assassini – Fresh Made Pasta with Fior Di Latte in a Spicy Tomato Sauce

• Chicken Provencal – Grilled Chicken with Herbs de Provence, Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus (gf)

• Skirt Steak – Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce, Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus (gf)


Dessert:

• Crème Brulée – Crafted in seasonal flavors that change often. Please inquire about today’s variety.
